About the role
The Head of Corporate FP&A is a senior finance leadership role responsible for shaping company-wide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making in a high-growth technology environment. You will lead long-range, annual, and quarterly planning while partnering closely with executives across the business.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience across investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or strategic finance within a high-growth technology company.
- At least 2+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to hire, manage, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Strong track record of building or scaling finance functions in fast-growing technology or startup environments.
- Expert-level financial modeling capabilities and a strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and corporate finance principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and investors through data-driven insights and compelling financial narratives.
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; an MBA is a plus.
- Comfort operating in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment where priorities can evolve quickly and decisions require sound judgment.
- Strong AI fluency and a willingness to use AI tools to accelerate workflows, structure complex problems, improve output quality, and increase overall leverage.
