About the role

A proprietary trading firm with offices in Chicago, NYC, and Miami is actively looking to hire a tech / team lead for their core development team (potential CTO). The firm specialises in algorithmic and high frequency trading strategies across equities, options, and futures.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10‑20 developers in core C++ low latency development.

Requirements

Strong background in C++ low latency trading systems.

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams in a high‑frequency trading environment.

Pay
