About the role
We're looking for a content executive who builds the machine, not just someone who feeds it. You will own the editorial voice and thought leadership program end-to-end, translating highly technical concepts into narratives that move C-suite buyers.
This is a strategic leadership role that requires "sleeves-rolled-up" execution. You will span thought leadership, demand gen, product marketing, SEO/AEO, and executive communications. Key responsibilities
- Own the Story: Evolve the core messaging framework in collaboration with Product Marketing to ensure distinct competitive differentiation.
- Executive Ghostwriting: Create keynote scripts, analyst briefs, and executive bylines that position the company as the definitive voice in the Agentic age.
- Value Translation: Turn complex AI orchestration and process intelligence concepts into compelling business value stories for CIOs and COOs.
- The Editorial Engine: Build and scale a global editorial calendar spanning blogs, reports, video, and webinars.
- AI Innovation: Pilot Gen-AI workflows to accelerate ideation and personalization while safeguarding brand integrity and factual accuracy.
- Distribution Mastery: Partner with Growth Marketing to execute SEO, AEO (AI Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Pipeline Acceleration: Align content with ABM and demand gen campaigns to drive MQAs and influenced revenue.
- Sales Support: Develop high-impact sales assets (battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers) that empower the sales team to close complex enterprise deals.
- Full-Funnel Visibility: Define and track success metrics from initial impressions to closed-won revenue.
- Mentorship: Lead and upskill a diverse team of writers, designers, and multimedia specialists.
What you bring
- 10+ Years of Experience: Leading B2B SaaS content programs in high-growth environments (Enterprise AI or Automation preferred).
- Domain Fluency: You can speak credibly about AI agents, autonomous workflows, and orchestration. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must pass the "sanity test" with technical buyers.
- High AI Quotient: You are an active user of Gen-AI tools and can build AI-assisted content systems, not just talk about them.
- Strategic Narrative Design: A proven track record of translating complex technical topics into clear, executive-level business narratives.
- Leadership & Agency Management: Experienced in hiring and coaching top talent and managing high-level PR and creative agency retainers.
Preferred experience
- Background in Process Intelligence, Process Mining, or Intelligent Automation.
- Deep exposure to regulated verticals like BFSI or Healthcare.
- Consulting background or direct experience with enterprise-scale business transformation.
What we are not looking for
- A manager who only wants to delegate; we need a leader who can still craft a world-class byline or keynote.
- A traditionalist who is skeptical of AI-assisted content workflows.
- Someone who produces "safe" content that blends into the background.
