- Create and package thought-leadership content for multi-touch campaigns in partnership with Growth Marketing and Demand Gen.
- Reuse and amplify cornerstone content into shorter formats, distributing through organic, paid, and social channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Continuously test and iterate distribution tactics based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing on the SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy—including keyword/prompt research, on-page optimization for GEO, and technical best practices for website-hosted content.
- Integrated Campaigns, ABM & Sales Enablement
- Align content with integrated and account-based marketing campaigns to drive MQA, SAL, and sales-pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to personalize content for target accounts and verticals.

- Market Intelligence & Customer Advocacy
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to monitor industry trends and competitor positioning to inform content strategy.
- Create thought-leadership pieces that highlight Skan’s unique differentiation and market vision.
- Sources, develops, and publishes compelling customer stories, testimonials, and ROI narratives to strengthen social proof.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Product, Sales, CS, and Leadership to ensure content accelerates every stage of the buyer and customer journey.
- Present strategy, performance, and insights to executive-level client stakeholders.
- Team Leadership, Vendor Management & AI Innovation
- Elevate the talent of a diverse team of writers, designers, and video specialists through hands-on coaching and continuous upskilling.
- Establish workflows and quality standards for copywriting, design, and multimedia content.
- Drive creative inspiration to push innovation in visual storytelling, interactive content, and multimedia assets.
- Pilot Gen-AI-powered workflows to accelerate ideation, personalization, and production while safeguarding brand voice and factual accuracy.
Qualifications
- Required skillset:
- 10+ years leading B2B SaaS/enterprise content programs in high-growth environments, ideally in enterprise AI, automation, or adjacent categories.
- Deep domain fluency in enterprise agentic AI, including familiarity with how AI agents, orchestration, and autonomous workflows are reshaping enterprise operations. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language credibly with CIOs and COOs.
- Demonstrated excellence in narrative design, content strategy, and editorial vision across the full funnel, with a track record of translating complex AI and automation topics into clear business value.
- Proven ability to build and scale AI-powered content operations that drive measurable outcomes across organic growth, MQLs, influenced pipeline, and revenue.
- High AI quotient: you actively use AI tools in your workflow, have run Gen AI content experiments, and can build or direct AI-assisted content systems, not just describe them.
- Deep expertise in SEO/AEO/GEO, multi-channel distribution, and performance analytics.
- Experience aligning content with demand generation and ABM campaigns for enterprise sales cycles.
- Skilled people leader and stakeholder manager, adept at hiring, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Demonstrated support for sales enablement content and event/webinar storytelling.
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with enterprise operational AI, agentic automation, process intelligence, process mining, task mining, or intelligent automation markets.
- Experience customizing content for BFSI, healthcare, or other regulated enterprise verticals.
- Consulting background or direct exposure to enterprise operations and business transformation challenges at scale.
