The Head of Content is needed for a global, remote-first environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and optimizing content performance across the entire customer journey
- Defining and executing a content strategy focused on measurable business outcomes
- Improving acquisition metrics such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, search rankings, and content-driven customer acquisition
- Leading, mentoring, and developing content creators and editors
- Maintaining editorial standards, ensuring content quality, accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency
- Monitoring and optimizing channel-specific engagement metrics
- Communicating content performance, conversion impact, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborating with growth, product, and compliance teams to align content initiatives with acquisition objectives and regulatory requirements
Requirements include:
- Strong content leadership experience with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact through content and SEO initiatives
- At least 7 years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or content production roles, including at least 3 years leading a content function at Head or Director level
- Proven experience in fintech, crypto, digital banking, or other highly regulated and fast-growing industries
- Hands-on experience producing and managing content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and video platforms
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to use data and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
- Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, digital banking, and financial technology topics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international and remote work environment
