Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-centered design strategies to improve product usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design and incorporate these insights into ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in UX/UI design or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct user research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry developments.

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for front-end development.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Experience with JavaScript and other client-side technologies.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
