Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-centered design strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform product improvements
• Stay updated on the latest trends in UX/UI design and incorporate them into projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Strong proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze user needs and translate them into effective designs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences
