Head of Commercial Analytics & Insights

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Commercial Analytics & Insights to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape the commercial analytics agenda for the U.S. business, translating data into clear decisions that support growth and strategic execution. The role will partner closely with commercial leadership, external vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations. It will also guide the use of AI-enabled decision support, strengthen analytical rigor, and help build a high-performing, data-driven team culture. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-ready reports and recommendations for leadership

Qualifications

• BA or BS required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial functions within biopharma, including 5–7 years in commercial analytics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define business issues and develop recommendations
• Solid understanding of commercial data sources and advanced analytics methodologies
• Experience managing commercial vendors to produce actionable insights
• Experience in project execution with a focus on AI-enabled decision support
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and operations

Pay

$236,000 – $324,500 annually
