Head of Care Delivery ($110k–$130k + Equity) at well-funded longevity healthtech startup

About the role

Join a pre-launch healthtech startup as the founding Head of Care Delivery. You will manage the initial patient cohort while building the operational framework, protocols, and playbooks for a nationwide navigation service.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage the first cohort of seniors and families, acting as their dedicated navigator to close care gaps.
• Design and document the navigation operating system, including clinical protocols, playbooks, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Hire, train, and lead the future team of navigators while owning key metrics like NPS and patient engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare navigation or eldercare, ideally with a clinical or social work license such as an RN, LCSW, or SW.
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to move from hands-on execution to high-level organizational design and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills and empathy, capable of supporting families through complex medical and social challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role at a startup or early-stage company.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools and their application in healthcare.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare or eldercare setting.

Skills
