Our Company Empowering everyone to create. Adobe empowers everyone, everywhere to imagine, create and bring digital experiences to life. From creators and students to small businesses, global enterprises and nonprofit organizations, customers choose Adobe products to create, collaborate, grow, and build remarkable experiences. We are looking for curious, ambitious makers who want to help define world-class creativity in this new era. We believe the craft is more essential than ever while AI should help people create more, explore more, and unlock new possibilities while keeping creators at the center of the creative process. Adobe is amplifying human ingenuity with AI. Our Team Adobe Creative is Adobe’s in-house brand-creative engine, developing the ideas, campaigns, and assets that power Adobe’s brand and business. We are part of the broader Content & Creative (“C&C”) organization. We work alongside Adobe Content, which focuses on publishing and audience development through owned, earned, and partner channels; an Experiences team, which oversees Adobe’s real-world moments; and shared service teams spanning Video, Talent, Partnerships, and Production. Together, C&C commissions and produces work while equipping teams across Adobe’s Global Marketing Organization and the company to create, adapt, and distribute high-quality work with greater speed and consistency. The Opportunity Adobe makes the tools the world uses to create. Our own creative work should set the standard for what those tools make possible. Adobe Creative is looking for a visionary Head of Campaigns to create the breakthrough ideas and enduring platforms behind Adobe Creative's most important global campaign work. You will build ideas powerful enough to move across film, social, digital, OOH, creator partnerships and real-world moments through collaboration with teams across C&C, without losing their meaning or creative spine. This is a role for an award-winning creative leader who has built culturally influential campaigns for iconic brands, led multidisciplinary teams and developed ideas that people remember, participate in and talk about. Working upstream, you will shape the creative opportunity, campaign platform and central idea. You will then ensure that idea is translated into a connected creative system that can support flagship storytelling, high-velocity creative and adaptive work at scale. The Head of Campaigns owns the campaign platform and central idea for Adobe Creative's campaign work. The Head of Brand drives Adobe's identity architecture and core brand system; the Head of Design drives the design practice and visual expression across Adobe Creative's work; and the Head of Copy drives the copywriting practice and language across Adobe Creative's work. You partner with each from the earliest stage so the idea, identity, design and language develop as one connected creative system. You will build Adobe's internal campaign capability, ensuring that our most important creative ideas come from a strong internal point of view and that agency partners extend, rather than define, our creative ambition. You are a maker first. You still concept, shape ideas and challenge the work in the room. Your authority comes from the strength of ideas and your ability to make them better. What You'll Do Create Breakthrough Campaign Platforms Originate and lead Adobe Creative's most important global campaign ideas and integrated creative platforms. Define the central creative idea and campaign architecture from brief through launch, partnering with the Head of Copy on narrative and language and the Head of Design on visual expression. Build ideas that connect Adobe's products with a meaningful point of view on creativity, culture and the future. Ensure every campaign is grounded in a clear human tension, product truth and distinctive role for Adobe. Develop platforms capable of supporting flagship storytelling, cultural participation and high-velocity creative. Identify creative opportunities before they arrive as formal briefs. Lead Campaigns Across the Work Lead campaign development from early strategic territory through concept, production and launch. Shape Adobe Creative's most visible global campaigns and product launches. Partner with Content, Experiences and shared-service teams when campaign platforms extend into publishing, partnerships, talent or real-world moments. Ensure ideas scale across channels and formats without losing their clarity, emotion or originality. Partner with the Head of Design to turn breakthrough ideas into compelling visual worlds. Partner with the Head of Copy to shape campaign narratives, scripts, headlines and language. Partner with the Head of Brand to ensure campaigns stretch and advance Adobe's identity without fragmenting it. Hold the campaign creative standard through production, adaptation and rollout. Build a World-Class Campaign Community Lead and develop Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors and multidisciplinary concept teams. Build a strong leadership bench and clear pathways for makers to grow. Recruit exceptional creative talent with diverse perspectives, cultural intelligence and strong conceptual craft. Create a culture of ambition, direct feedback, experimentation and creative generosity. Keep senior creative leaders close to the ideas and the work. Build flexible teams around the creative opportunity rather than traditional agency structures. Develop new models for rapid concepting, prototyping and collaborative creative development. Lead Agencies from a Strong Internal Point of View Lead the creative relationship with Adobe's lead campaign agency and specialist creative partners for work commissioned by Adobe Creative. Set the creative direction before external partners begin execution. Ensure agencies amplify Adobe Creative's point of view rather than supplying one. Partner with Production, Talent, Partnerships and other shared-service teams to select the right agencies, directors, creators, production companies and specialist collaborators for each opportunity. Hold externally produced campaign work to the same creative standard as internal work. Challenge safe, familiar or derivative thinking, regardless of where it originates. Advance AI-Native Campaign Creativity Define Adobe Creative's point of view on how AI changes campaign development, creative exploration and production. Build AI-native workflows that expand the range of ideas explored and accelerate prototyping without lowering the standard. Establish principles for evaluating AI-assisted campaign work through originality, intention, cultural relevance and human authorship. Define where AI can support scale and where human judgment and creative intervention remain essential.
