Responsibilities
- Set and execute business development strategy for US Credit Cards
- Identify and implement strategic commercial opportunities for growth
- Develop action plans to acquire new business and drive customer growth
- Manage complex contract negotiations with potential partners
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
- Lead and develop a high-performing business development team
- Create presentations for Senior Executives and the Board
Qualifications
- 4-Year degree or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years related experience
- Proven sales skills with a history of developing client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of the credit card industry
- Analytical ability to understand client businesses
