Responsibilities

  • Set and execute business development strategy for US Credit Cards
  • Identify and implement strategic commercial opportunities for growth
  • Develop action plans to acquire new business and drive customer growth
  • Manage complex contract negotiations with potential partners
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners
  • Lead and develop a high-performing business development team
  • Create presentations for Senior Executives and the Board

Qualifications

  • 4-Year degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years related experience
  • Proven sales skills with a history of developing client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the credit card industry
  • Analytical ability to understand client businesses

Pay
