About the role

The Head of Brand Marketing will lead the strategic direction and execution of all brand marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee creative campaigns, including design, copywriting, and media planning, to effectively communicate the brand’s message.
  • Manage the brand’s digital presence, including social media, website, and email marketing, to engage with the target audience and build brand loyalty.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in brand marketing to continuously improve the strategy and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a startup or early-stage company setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading brand marketing initiatives and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience with brand management tools and software, such as Campaign Monitor, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp.
