About the role
OneDrip provides IV drip therapies to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a Head of Business Development and Sales to lead our efforts in building and maintaining B2B partnerships, driving B2B sales, and expanding our B2C sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships and B2C sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and customers
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales efforts
- Manage and lead a sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the Thai market and strong relevant existing network
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and B2C sales processes and strategies
- Experience building and maintaining partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive business growth
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Thai and English
