Head of Operations (Full time)

About the role

We are seeking a rockstar Head of Operations to help drive our national expansion. Your role will be to help manage the company’s wellness testing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of operations pertaining to health and wellness tests completed by Fitnescity's partner clinics and labs.
• Monitor and execute on existing processes (80%).
• Develop and execute on strategies to improve operational efficiency (20%).

Qualifications

• You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management.
• You have some experience in Operations (4-6 years).
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are familiar with the health and wellness industry.
