Head of Growth

Rippling is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the company's growth marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling new frontiers of growth marketing, including SEO and AI Search, conversion rate optimization, automated campaigns, and other initiatives.

  • Oversee the CRO program and increasing conversion & time-on-site across all of rippling.com
  • Manage SEO and AI Search at Rippling
  • Optimize automated campaign performance (cold email, direct mail, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Unlock new growth channels for Rippling
  • Serve as the central hub of excellence for CRO, SEO + AI search, automated campaigns and more for other business units at Rippling
  • Utilize customer and prospect insights to refine messaging worldwide
  • Deeply understand the GTM org and continuously look for ways to improve the team
  • Analyze data to understand what works and what doesn't - from reading through replies to writing SQL and using Excel
  • Collaborate with growth engineering, marketing ops, revenue ops, and sales to achieve impactful business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Drive significant business impact in a past role at a big-league level of scale
  • Manage a team and build systems that can scale
  • Communicate ideas clearly and adapt to different audiences
  • Automate manual processes and have a product mindset
  • Be naturally curious and run down rabbit holes out of curiosity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B
  • Clear measurable experience driving significant business impact
  • Well honed technical skills, including some level of coding/SQL experience or comfort with LLMs
  • Agility and speed in trying new growth ideas and pivoting when necessary
  • A product mindset and a track record of automating manual processes
  • Naturally curious and a hacker at heart
  • Excellent communication skills
