Head of AI and Automation

About the role

The Head of AI & Automation will modernize the business's operations by implementing AI, automation, and system integrations to streamline manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Map existing estimating and project management workflows with operational leaders and automate manual steps.
• Build integrations between NetSuite, Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and OneDrive), and field tools to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create dashboards and workflow tools for operational leaders to gain real-time visibility.
• Evaluate AI tools for practical application and deploy those that prove effective.
• Expand the role’s scope to cover finance, accounting, sales, and enterprise business systems as the function matures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI and workflow automation solutions in a real business setting.
• Strong background in programming, software development, or systems engineering.
• Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP) and the Microsoft 365 stack, including Power Automate, SharePoint, and the Graph API.
• Ability to collaborate with operational leaders, understand complex processes, and transform them into scalable technical solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with APIs, integrations, and data automation.
• Comfort working across various departments such as operations, finance, estimating, project management, and executive leadership.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus.

Schedule

Three in-office days per week in either Audubon, PA or Tampa, FL.
