Responsibilities
- Own and implement the firm-wide ALM framework for stable returns and growth
- Oversee the behavioral modeling of assets and liabilities across various scenarios
- Develop macroeconomic views and balance sheet sensitivities for key variables
- Select investment portfolios and hedge instruments to meet financial goals
- Articulate pricing signals for balance sheet resources and optimize allocation
- Provide clear Board-level reporting and strategic insights on ALM matters
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in ALM, Treasury, or related financial risk management roles
- Experience in large, complex GSIFI or similarly regulated institutions
- Expertise in investment portfolio management, IRRBB, and balance sheet hedging
- Strong competency in risk governance and sustainable control processes
