About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Create and curate content for social media, including images, videos, and blog posts.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SEO and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
