About the role

The Head of Agency oversees all aspects of the agency’s operations, including strategy, client relationships, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive agency success
  • Manage and mentor a team of creatives and strategists
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an advertising or marketing agency
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles
  • Experience with project management software

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm
