About the role

The Head of Agency oversees all aspects of the agency’s operations, including strategic planning, client relationships, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic planning and execution for the agency
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an agency setting
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, and advertising
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
