The Head of Agency oversees all aspects of the agency’s operations, including strategic planning, client relationships, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute agency-wide strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an advertising or marketing agency
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
