Head of Advisor & Branch Workspace Technology - Director

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Vision
• Oversee the entire SDLC for associated applications
• Act as the primary technology partner to senior business leaders
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of product managers, software engineers, and business analysts
• Ensure the platform serves as a central source of truth for client data
• Manage relationships with key technology vendors and oversee the budget, forecasting, and financial planning for the technology portfolio
• Ensure all solutions adhere to strict enterprise-wide standards for data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Experience: 15 years in a senior technology leadership role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale front office & CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Significant experience within the financial services industry (Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking)
• Expert-level knowledge of front office architecture, data models, and best practices
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant budgets
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or MBA, Salesforce certifications, experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects in complex, regulated environments, knowledge of AI/ML applications within a CRM context
