This position exists to uphold standards for Alpha's ambitious educational model, integrating rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through final onboarding.
- Facilitate needs-assessment discussions to evaluate fit prior to presenting solutions or advising on next steps.
- Oversee 20+ concurrent family relationships at varying enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Direct campus tours, shadow day experiences, and decision-making conversations that clearly articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Sustain accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family relationships at various stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
- Capacity to furnish concrete examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service when alignment was poor.
- Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive support functions.
- Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service standards.
- Comfort leveraging data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not merely conversion speed.
