About the role

Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models that integrates rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. The model is effective but relies on enrolling the right families.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the complete enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based discovery conversations to assess alignment before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Stewarding 20+ concurrent family relationships across varying enrollment stages, maintaining clear oversight of status and follow-up actions.
  • Safeguarding the integrity and outcomes of the Alpha model while successfully enrolling aligned families.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning first touchpoint through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ simultaneous client, guest, or family relationships at various stages, supported by a robust tracking and prioritization system.
  • Capacity to share specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional writing experience engaging with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or sophisticated audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Park City, UT or Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or executive-level client support.
  • Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not simply velocity.

Benefits

The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
