Head Nixa Youth Softball Coach

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all aspects of the Nixa Youth Softball program.
• Collaborate with High School Varsity softball coaches to blend fundamental teaching ideas.
• Organize and lead practice plans.
• Distribute and maintain all gear.
• Emphasize safety and proper techniques in teaching fundamentals.
• Provide supervision during all practices and games, including before, during, and after.
• Work with the Activities Director to develop weekly practice schedules and game planning.

Requirements

• Prior softball coaching experience preferred.
• Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test that are satisfactory to the Board of Education.
