Head, Global Market Access and Pricing
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have job purpose and description; we can put under About the role. Responsibilities: there is a "Key Responsibilities:" section with bullet points. Requirements: maybe Basic Qualifications. Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? But we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- Job Purpose: can be About the role.
- Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities.
- Basic Qualifications: Requirements (or Qualifications). Usually Basic Qualifications = Requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications: could be Qualifications (or maybe Skills). But we have also a "Skills" list: "Data to Insights, Digital Fluency, Global Pricing, Health Economics, Health Outcomes, Market Access, Market Access Strategies, Matrix Leadership, Payer Evidence, Pricing Strategies, Reimbursement, Scientific Literacy". That's a skills list.
- Benefits: The "Why Us?" section includes benefits: mention employee benefits offered by GSK, inclusive culture, etc. Not explicit benefits like health insurance, but we can treat as Benefits.
- Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit.
We must not include headings with filler text. So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Basic Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills, Benefits.
But we need to avoid duplication: maybe combine Basic and Preferred under Requirements and Qualifications respectively.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the bullet points etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The "Why Us?" includes EEO statement at end: "ViiV is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." and the notice about employment businesses, etc. Those are boilerplate/legal; we should remove them. Also the "Important notice to Employment businesses/ Agencies" etc. Also the US Licensed Healthcare Professional notice. Those should be removed.
Thus we keep only the mission-driven description before the EEO statement.

Why Us? (mission statement):
At ViiV Healthcare, we will not rest until we leave no person living with HIV behind. Until the 40 million people living with HIV is down to zero, we will continue searching for new ways to limit the impact of HIV. We are the only pharmaceutical company solely focused on combating, preventing, and ultimately eradicating HIV and AIDS. At ViiV Healthcare, we do things differently. Born out of a partnership between GSK and Pfizer in 2009, with Shionogi joining in 2012, we are determined to help end the HIV epidemic. We are guided by our mission to leave no person living with HIV behind and it is this mission that unites our employees located across the globe. We combine expertise in research, manufacturing, policy and more to push the boundaries of what people think is possible in HIV treatment and care. As a result of our connection with GSK, we are able to draw on their proud history and resources. This means that you would receive all the employee benefits offered by GSK. Living our mission of leaving no person living with HIV behind means keeping inclusion and diversity at the heart of everything we do - from our breakthrough innovation, to our diverse portfolio of medicines as well as the work we do to partner with HIV communities. Having a truly inclusive culture where we’re all able to be ourselves and feel like we belong will make us an even stronger team, better able to perform as a business and deliver on our mission to leave no person living with HIV behind.
We must stop before EEO statement.
Thus Benefits section can be derived from "Why Us?" paragraph that mentions employee benefits offered by GSK, inclusive culture, etc. We'll keep that as Benefits.
