ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if content present. The posting includes "About The Role" content, responsibilities, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, skills, why us (benefits?), but no explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Apply now", "The Apply button takes you to the employer's application page." Also remove "GSK Full Time Durham, NC Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Sales" maybe not needed. Also remove "Why Us?" content? It's about benefits/culture; could be considered Benefits section. We can include a Benefits section with that content. But we must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". The "Why Us?" includes mission statement etc. That's substantive. We'll put under Benefits. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have:

    About the role

with paragraph(s) summarizing the role purpose etc. The posting includes "About The Role" then "Job Title: Head, Global Market Access and Pricing" (but we should not repeat job title as heading; we can include it in paragraph). Then "Job Purpose Lead the Global Market Access and Pricing function..." We'll keep that. Then Responsibilities: we have "Key Responsibilities" with bullet-like paragraphs. We'll convert each sentence or clause into
  • . Must preserve all detail. Could break into multiple
  • items. Then Requirements: maybe "Basic Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". We'll combine into Requirements section? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications. However the posting has Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We could treat Basic Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications (or maybe both under Qualifications). But we have both headings available; we can put Basic Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Or we could put both under Qualifications. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can choose to include Requirements and Qualifications sections if content exists. We'll put Basic Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications. Skills: there is a "Skills" list: Data to Insights, Digital Fluency, Global Pricing, Health Economics, Health Outcomes, Market Access, Market Access Strategies, Matrix Leadership, Payer Evidence, Pricing Strategies, Reimbursement, Scientific Literacy. We'll put under Skills. Benefits: from "Why Us?" we can extract benefits: mission, inclusive culture, employee benefits offered by GSK, etc. We'll put that as Benefits. We must not include Pay or Schedule. We must remove duplicated lines, boilerplate like EEO statement, important notice to employment businesses, etc. Also remove "ViiV is an Equal Opportunity Employer." and the long EEO text. Also remove "Important notice to Employment businesses/ Agencies". Also remove the note about US Licensed Healthcare Professional etc. Also remove "Please note that if you are a US Licensed Healthcare Professional..." etc. We must preserve all substantive information; we should not lose details like the mission statement, the GSK benefits, etc. We need to ensure we don't include any headings with empty content. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Job Title: Head, Global Market Access and Pricing. Job Purpose: Lead the Global Market Access and Pricing function for ViiV Healthcare, building access and pricing strategies for the current and future portfolio. Working with cross-functional partners, the role ensures payer, HTA and pricing requirements are embedded early in asset strategy, target product profiles, Brand strategy, Integrated Evidence Plans, development decisions, value communication and launch readiness, enabling broad and timely access for people living with HIV and people who could benefit from prevention while protecting long-term portfolio value. Deliver strategic market access and pricing recommendations for pipeline assets, including early input into target product profiles, evidence generation, forecasting and asset strategy. Ensure Payers/HTA agencies recognize and reward future HIV innovation. Sustain and optimise the value of the portfolio. Prepare for emerging competition and lifecycle opportunities. Provide strategic leadership and ensure effective monitoring and navigation of the evolving external pricing and market access landscape. Lead robust and disciplined price governance decision making for price setting and maintenance globally. Accelerate digital, data and AI-enabled market access ways of working. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing global market access and pricing organization. As a key commercial leader within ViiV and a member of the Global Commercial Strategy Leadership Team, the role provides an enterprise leadership opportunity.

But we might split into multiple paragraphs for readability. However we must not lose any detail. Could keep as one paragraph. Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Portfolio access and value strategy & execution: Design global product and portfolio pricing and access strategies that support access for PLHIV and PWBP while delivering long-term value for ViiV Healthcare.

    • Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working, scale high-quality payer materials and strengthen evidence synthesis and insight generation.
    • Allocate resources across priority workstreams, balancing capacity, capability, risk and future strategic need.
But we need to ensure we didn't lose any detail. The original had some sentences like "Deliver strategic market access and pricing recommendations for pipeline assets, including early input into target product profiles, evidence generation, forecasting and asset strategy." That is already in About the role; we might not repeat. But it's okay if repeated? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Repeating is not prohibited but could be considered duplication. Better to keep it only once. We already included that in About the role. In Responsibilities we have similar items; we need to check if any responsibility content is not covered elsewhere. The responsibilities section includes many items; we should include them as given. We need to be careful not to miss any bullet: The original responsibilities list: - Portfolio access and value strategy & execution Design global product and portfolio pricing and access strategies that support access for PLHIV and PWBP while delivering long-term value for ViiV Healthcare. - Lead development of differentiated payer value propositions, value communication tools, pricing strategies and access plans for launch, pipeline and lifecycle assets. - Partner with R&D, Commercial, Medical/Health Outcomes, RWE, Government Affairs, Policy, Finance and Regional/Local teams to ensure payer insights and requirements are embedded early within asset strategy and development decisions. - Ensure Payer insights and needs are represented in strategy development, forecasting, launch & indication sequencing, integrated evidence generation plans, business planning, and launch excellence processes. - Support Region and key LOCs with pricing & access strategy localization, launch preparation and launch risk mitigation. - Optimise global-to-local ways of working through best-practice sharing, performance metrics, clear accountabilities and integration with pricing and HTA trends. - Execute plans effectively through Region and LOC plans, focusing on excellent operationalisation and implementation of strategy.
