Who you are

• 15+ years of experience leading billing operations or order-to-cash functions within the telecommunications industry
• Director or Senior Director-level leader with deep experience managing large, distributed billing teams
• Proven track record harmonizing or integrating billing operations across multiple businesses or platforms
• Strong change leader with hands-on experience driving transformation in complex, post-merger environments

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the future-state global billing operating model, including processes, governance, controls, and technology
• Lead multi-year billing transformation initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Commercial teams
• Oversee complex telecom billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, scalability, and improved order-to-cash performance
• Build, mentor, and scale a global team of billing leaders while embedding continuous improvement and operational discipline

Pay

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $200,000–$260,000 per year.
