Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Recruitment of qualified student-athletes.
- Maintain a minimum dive roster of 4 athletes.
- On deck coaching, meet preparation, and scheduling.
- Cook up and submit team CARA hours weekly.
- Affirmation and maintenance of the following certifications:
- Frederick County Pool Operator
- Lifeguarding
- CPR and First Aid
- Affirmation and maintenance of institutional, NCAA, and conference rules and regulations.
- Affirmation and maintenance of a Division I swimming program.
Job Requirements
- Education, Experience and Skills: Successful collegiate coaching and/or collegiate diving experience desired.
Salary/Hours/Benefits
- $15,000 Salary, 12-month contract
