About the role
The Diving Coach will be responsible for coaching the girls' swim and dive team for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities
- Coaching the girls' swim and dive team
- Assisting in the development of diving skills
- Ensuring safety and proper technique during practices and competitions
- Maintaining communication with parents and students
- Participating in team meetings and other activities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching diving
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of diving techniques and rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of diving equipment and safety protocols
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
