Head Coach - Women's Lacrosse

Franklin Pierce University, an NCAA Division II institution and member of the Northeast-10 Conference, is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the full-time position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This 12-month coaching role reports directly to the Director of Athletics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct individual and team practices, training, and competition games
• Coach the women’s lacrosse team
• Recruit new student-athletes
• Manage fundraising initiatives
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and travel arrangements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• College-level coaching experience
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Proven experience in recruiting student-athletes
• Knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines for recruitment and retention
• Experience with fundraising and budget management
