Head Coach – Women’s Lacrosse

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the Tusculum University Women’s Lacrosse program, implementing and managing all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, SAC, and Tusculum University regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II women’s lacrosse program
• Manage the budget and fundraising efforts for the program
• Achieve a record of success in recruiting quality student-athletes
• Comply with NCAA, SAC, and Tusculum University regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of head coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level
• Ability to manage a budget and fundraising experience
• Record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment
