Overview

DeSales University, a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, offers a total enrollment of nearly 3,500 students across various programs. Located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and 90 miles southwest of New York City, the 550-acre campus is part of a new academic structure featuring four colleges/schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Previous coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level
• Prior playing experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays when necessary
• Required to recruit at least 10 student athletes for the men's team and 10 for the women's team each academic year
• Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability, and diversity
• Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
