Requirements

• 30 college credits
• NFHS Coaching Courses: Fundamentals of Coaching/Coaching Principles (NJ Component)
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest
• Heat Illness Prevention
• Concussion in Sports
• Implicit Bias
• CPR and AED Certified
• Fingerprints and Background Check
• All other iLearn Schools HR Hiring Requirements

Experience

Previous experience playing or coaching at the high school or college level.

Physical Requirements

Eye-hand, mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, and the ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit. The ability to travel between locations.

Schedule

August to November. 2-hour practices. 3-5 home and away games (games vary on the schedule), 2 hours each. Possible weekend games. 18 games plus playoffs.
