HDD Underground Supervisor

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations
- 2+ years of experience supervising multiple crews
- Strong knowledge of underground utility construction practices
- Experience with hydrovac operations and potholing procedures
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to travel between job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Xcel Energy projects or similar utility contracts
- Knowledge of pipeline / gas / electric installation standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with job tracking, reporting, and basic project management tools
Work Environment
- Field-based position with frequent travel between job sites
- Exposure to outdoor conditions and construction environments
- May require extended hours based on workload and project demands
Compensation And Benefits
- $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
