Installation Supervisor

Job Description

The Install Supervisor ensures safe and quality work practices and adheres to the California Closets white-glove service requirements. This role assists in training, job site inspections, installer attendance, floating install coverage, and service calls to ensure delivery of the highest level of client experience. The Install Lead provides leadership to the Install Team by setting the example through excellence in quality of installs, productivity, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Master level experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Must have demonstrated experience in both ability and quality for Custom Cabinetry Installations
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have full mobility to showcase installation and production techniques
• Must have sight, speech, and hearing adequate for a woodworking environment
• Some travel may be required
