HDD Bore Crew Laborer

Foreman

Provides leadership and direction to the HDD Bore Crew. Must be able to lead as either the Drill Operator or Locator.

Drill Operator

Operates drilling equipment safely and efficiently. Must have knowledge of mud mixing and drilling safety.

Locator

Uses various locating methods to determine the location of underground utilities before drilling. Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Laborers

• Supports the crew by preparing the site, setting up equipment, and loading materials.
• May require some physical labor and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided for Operator positions.
• Essential skills include knowledge of mud mixing, drilling safety, following directions, and working as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Some ability to travel may be required.
• Work extended hours may be necessary.
• Handle physically demanding tasks may be required.

Must pass a background check and drug/alcohol pre-employment test.
