About the role

The HCS Implementation Project Specialist leads implementation activities for new employer groups utilizing enrollment solutions. This position serves as the primary point of contact for brokers, employers, and payroll providers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute implementation activities related to new employer group onboarding.
  • Aid in ensuring tasks are completed according to the implementation plan and assist in coordinating meetings with individuals working on specific tasks to keep the implementation on track.
  • Maintain the Implementation Support mailbox, triage incoming requests and issues, assign work to appropriate team members, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Provide technical Sales Support, answering standard product questions and translating the complex HSA product into simple terms for potential customers to ensure understanding.
  • Conduct gap analysis for customer needs versus existing HSA functionality and communicate and work with IT to create estimates for new functionality.

Requirements

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years’ experience in the fields of project management, health care processing, or banking.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Compensation ranges based on experience and location:

  • US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $62,310 - $90,760
  • US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $56,890 - $83,080
  • US Employees in all other states not listed above: $51,480 - $75,410

Schedule

Full-time position.
