HCM Systems Administrator
About the Role
The HCM Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core Human Capital Management platforms, supporting employee lifecycle processes, payroll integrations, and system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Configures and maintains HCM platforms (e.g., UKG Pro).
- Supports employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer, and termination.
- Manages system updates, patches, and release cycles.
- Designs and maintains workflow configurations and business rules.
- Optimizes user experience and system usability.
- Supports future modules (performance, career development).
- Supports integrations related to payroll, scheduling, compensation, and timekeeping.
- Ensures accurate data flows across interconnected workforce systems.
- Monitors system performance and resolves complex issues.
- Maintains system stability and data accuracy.
- Supports integrations with benefits, payroll, and workforce vendors.
- Coordinates system enhancements and defect resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Travel: Minimally required (typically less than 10%).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience.
