Responsibilities
- Serve as a Workday HCM Product Analyst with primary responsibility for the Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules.
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize configurations across Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and related Workday modules.
- Partner with stakeholders across Human Resources, Benefits, Resource Management, Operations, and other business functions to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll functionality to support business objectives and improve user experience.
- Prepare and manage mass data updates and bulk data loads, including year-end processing activities.
- Collaborate with PSA, Finance, Reporting, Integrations, Security, and other cross-functional teams to support existing capabilities and implement new functionality.
- Lead and support testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday system releases and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide production support, and resolve end-user inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of experience in the areas of Workday HCM Time Tracking, Absence and/or Payroll is required.
- Prior experience with/exposure to Workday Time, Absence and/or Payroll tools & concepts and configuration experience is desired, but candidates with the appropriate business knowledge who are very proficient at learning and adopting complex systems would also be considered for this role.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams preferred.
- Prior exposure to a reporting tool – Workday reporting, or similar preferred.
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to organize assigned work, manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
- Able to collaborate with other team members to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.

Benefits
- The estimated base salary for this job is $60,000 - $80,000.
- The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.
- The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
- This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.
- Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $66,000 - $88,000.
- The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
