HCM Director

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into effective Workday HCM solutions
• Configure and implement various Workday HCM modules per client needs
• Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify custom requirements and develop solutions
• Advises clients on best implementation practices and system optimization strategies
• Design and create Workday reports and analytics to meet client needs
• Aid data conversion teams in migrating legacy data into Workday
• Define testing strategies and conduct system testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of work experience as a Workday consultant focusing on HCM implementations
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and relevant regulations
• Experience in consulting or a client-facing role within a consulting firm
• Workday HCM certification with competencies in Payroll functionality
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business processes
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
