About the role
This is a hybrid position located at our Santa Ana, CA location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Sales Executives
- Acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing clients
- Coach, mentor, and retain high-performing Sales Executives
- Build a culture of accountability and urgency
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and competitive landscape
- Cultivate relationships with key business leaders and colleagues
- Provide market feedback to the Product team
- Support and assist with the sales process
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts
- Plan and deliver product and competitive training sessions
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans
Qualifications
- Success as a SaaS software sales leader
- Payroll and HCM experience preferred
- 10+ years software or SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years sales management experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Keen understanding of the SaaS model
- Master negotiator
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Proven ability to lead teams to meet aggressive growth targets
- Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
