- 5+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting EPC, construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure companies
- Oracle Fusion HCM Certification
- Experience managing large field-based or project-driven workforces

- Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy organizations
- Ability to work with HR leadership and business stakeholders in large-scale transformation programs
Pay
$130,000 - $150,000 a year
