HCM Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting EPC, construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure companies
• Oracle Fusion HCM Certification
• Experience managing large field-based or project-driven workforces
• Knowledge of workforce planning and labor management
• Familiarity with global HR operations

• Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy organizations
• Ability to work with HR leadership and business stakeholders in large-scale transformation programs

Pay

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
