About the role

Join our dynamic team as a HCM Client Success Specialist. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients using HRIS systems.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or client services.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
