Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients using HRIS systems.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize HR processes.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or client services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
