This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents. Responsibilities

• Supervises daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care
• Leads and supports nursing assistants
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team
• Plans, prioritizes, and organizes workflow
• Ensures high-quality, resident-centered care

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
• Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
