About the Role

Provide compassionate, individualized patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Build strong relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient milestones.

Responsibilities

• Supervise treatments and lead patient assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Address patient concerns and support their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Support colleagues with complex patient needs.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure as per state requirements.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
