About the role

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable nurse to provide both hands‑on care and shift leadership within our Health Center. At Dallas Retirement Village, the Charge Nurse plays a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations while ensuring residents receive high‑quality, compassionate care. This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care.
• Provide hands‑on care and shift leadership within the Health Center.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high‑quality, compassionate resident care.
• Support nursing assistants and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon.
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices.
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow.
• Commitment to providing high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
• Customer service mindset and team‑oriented approach.

Schedule

Full‑time, 6:00 pm – 6:30 am shift.
