HC Assembly Weekend shift

About the role

Construct, assemble, and build Heat Exchangers. This position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (“The Unity Bill”).

Responsibilities

• Safely build Heat Exchangers using general shop tools
• Assemble structural components and drive components (motors and props)
• Understand and apply proper use of hardware fasteners
• Read and interpret instructions and diagrams (blueprints)
• Follow production schedules and report completions
• Adhere to company policies and safety programs

Requirements

• Prior assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Stand for long periods, walk, reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision with ability to adjust focus

Work Environment

• Non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles typical of metal fabrication shops
• Required personal protective equipment: noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, paint masks/respirators (when required), and OSHA-compliant safety boots/shoes

Schedule

Full-time weekend shift: Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
