HBS Transformation Program Director

Responsibilities

• Lead a robust operating cadence, including business reviews and L-calendar management.
• Plan and flawlessly execute customer visits, including CXC and leadership events.
• Lead MOS ensuring decisions, actions, and dependencies are tracked and completed.
• Track and manage HBS strategic initiatives.
• Ensure clear communication, follow-through, and closure on actions and rails.
• Lead HBS transformation programs focused on simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing collaboration.
• Run analytics, dashboards reporting for key critical strategic projects for HBS.
• Enhance sales excellence, execution and marketing support as needed.
• Program manage strategic business initiatives that enables HBS growth and P&L impact

Qualifications

• You must have Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in transformation and/or program management.
• We value Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong process improvement and operational excellence background.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence / skills.
