Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends in AI hardware and evaluate their implications on high-performance memory architectures
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for high-performance memory products, ensuring alignment with market requirements and business objectives
- Engage with customers, industry partners, and internal teams to gather insights on evolving AI/ML workloads and translate them into product requirements
- Affirm the impact of next-generation AI workloads on future memory architectures and influence long-term product direction
- Support AI accelerator market analysis, including development of Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) estimates
- Represent Product Management in Product Development Team meetings, translating complex technical trade-offs into clear business impact
- Develop and maintain business cases, including cost, capital expenditure (CapEx), revenue projections, R&D investment, and return on investment (ROI) analysis
- Support product lifecycle processes, including stage gate reviews, risk identification, and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Architecture, AI Systems, or a related technical field
- Background in AI system architecture, computer architecture, or closely related domains
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Micron in customer engagements
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and drive structured, organized execution
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
Qualifications
- Experience in product management within semiconductor, memory, or high-performance computing domains
- Familiarity with HBM or high-performance memory technologies and market dynamics
- Strong analytical skills, including experience developing business cases and conducting competitive analysis
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align engineering, business, and customer stakeholders
- MBA or additional business-related training
